2. Info for two bottom hearts (specify names or date)
3. Names for top hearts
4. Explain family relationships for best arrangement of names
5. I will put paw prints under the names of pets if you indicate them

Usually, the last name goes on the banner. Often the date as well.
Parents' names can go at the bottom and children's names can go on top.
OR...date can go on bottom hearts and all family names at top.

I do not make trees with one heart.
For a family with one child, I use a tree with three hearts at the top.
I usually put the child in the center.
